PERSONAL TRAINING
1. Code of Conduct and Participation Conditions
We expect all participants to behave respectfully and cooperate positively within the group. The trainer reserves the right to refuse or remove participants from training in cases of misconduct, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow instructions. Additionally, all equipment and materials must be used correctly. Any damage due to careless use may be charged to the participant.

2. Health and Safety
Before participating, we expect you to discuss any health issues or injuries with us. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities.
If an injury occurs, please contact us immediately so we can adjust your training accordingly.

3. Responsibility and Commitment
Your results depend not only on our guidance but also on your dedication and consistency. We are here to motivate and support you, but you are responsible for adhering to your agreements and training schedule.
In cases of irregular attendance or repeated last-minute cancellations, we reserve the right to reconsider further cooperation.

4. Scheduling Appointments
To work on your progress in a structured and goal-oriented manner, all appointments must be scheduled at least one month in advance. This helps create a fixed schedule and ensures that you can train consistently.
No last-minute cancellations:
Once an appointment is scheduled in both our and your calendar, we expect you to honor it. This is to avoid excuses and to ensure your commitment. Additionally, the trainer reserves that time for you and prepares for your session.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance:
We reserve specific time slots for you in our schedule. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we cannot fill this time with another motivated participant. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge for half the session. If the cancellation occurs less than 6 hours before the session, the full session will be charged.
Rescheduling to another time in the same week is possible up to 12 hours before the session, provided there is availability in the trainer’s schedule.

6. Illness and Absence
Reporting illness: Everyone can fall ill. In most cases, it is not advisable to train. Please notify us as soon as possible to allow another motivated participant to take your slot.
Training with mild symptoms: If you have mild symptoms, such as a cold, but are still able to train, please inform us so we can adjust the session accordingly.
Long-term illness: In case of long-term illness or medical conditions, training may be temporarily suspended. Together, we will determine a suitable time to resume training.

7. Absence and Validity of Session Cards or Subscriptions
Temporary absences, such as vacations, do not affect the validity of a session card or subscription. The duration remains unchanged, and missed sessions cannot be made up outside the validity period.
In exceptional cases, such as prolonged absence due to medical reasons, a temporary suspension of the subscription may be discussed.

8. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance for the agreed-upon period or package. This secures your place in our schedule and avoids misunderstandings.
In case of late payments, we reserve the right to cancel scheduled sessions until payment is received.

9. Liability
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables during training sessions.
Participation in training is at your own risk. While we prioritize safety and proper guidance, we are not liable for any injuries or physical harm sustained during or as a result of the training.

10. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to pandemics, extreme weather conditions, government measures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the provider's control, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify training sessions. No refunds will be issued in such situations, but we will always strive to find a suitable solution.

11. Use of Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during training for promotional purposes, such as use on our website and social media. By participating in training, you consent to the use of this visual material.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the trainer personally before the session. We will, of course, respect your wishes.
